Tank Infrastructure
Four Tank Types. One Grade Each.
Fixed-Roof Tanks
Suitable for low-vapour-pressure products and aviation-grade fuels requiring nitrogen blanketing. Available in 1,000 – 25,000 m³ configurations with stainless or epoxy-lined interiors.
Floating-Roof Tanks
External floating-roof tanks with pontoon seals for diesel, gasoline-component, and crude storage. Vapour recovery systems installed across all floating-roof units.
Internal Floating-Roof Tanks
Fixed outer shell with internal floating pan — dual vapour barrier for sensitive distillate and blendstock grades. Preferred configuration for Diesel EN590 storage.
Heated Tanks
Steam and thermal-oil heated fixed-roof tanks for high-viscosity fuel oils and heavy crude. Operating temperatures maintained to ±2°C. Capacity: 10,000 – 80,000 m³.
Throughput & Blending
High-Volume Throughput. Precise Blending.
The Rotterdam terminal handles up to 4,500 m³/hr peak throughput across twelve product-segregated manifold connections. Pipeline feeds from the ARA grid and Rhine barge berths allow continuous receipt without interrupting active storage.
In-line blending is available for grade production and specification adjustment. Blending tolerance is held to ±0.5% v/v across all components. Products are blended in the line or in dedicated blend tanks, with mass-flow metering on every outlet.
